Our Mission
To record the proceedings of all public hearings and archive all pertinent documents and records of BOCC meetings, and coordinate, record, and archive all BOE/Abatement hearings pursuant to state statutes and regulations for the protection of property rights.
All public hearings of the Board of County Commissioners are recorded and summarized in the Record of Proceedings. Uncertified copies of proceedings or county documents are available at $.25 per page, and certification requires an additional fee of $1.00. Copies of CDs or tapes produced from the hearings may be purchased for $5.00 per CD/tape. Citizens may listen to recorded audio at the Office of the County Clerk and Recorder at no charge.
