Recorded Document and Title Search Web Site.
The computer Grantor and Grantee index begins January 1, 1978 and continues through the present.
This is available at no charge. To view and/or print images, you must subscribe to the monthly internet
service for a minimal charge.
We started optical imaging our daily recorded documents on July 1, 1997. We have also converted our
microfiche images dated back to 1883 to computer images.
Internet Access Fees are as follows:

$20.00 monthly minimum. This covers 250 minutes of logged in time/access to viewing/printing images. Each additional minute of login time (beyond 250 minutes) is charged at a rate of $.16 per minute.
Data Available as follows:
- Grantor/Grantee Title Search from January 1978 to
present
- Subdivision/Condominium Plats from 1883 to present
- Document images (see Internet title search for date
range)
- Reception number search from 1883 to present.
Please print out the License Agreement, sign and send it along with a check for
$20.00 to:

We will assign a login and password and
E-mail the information to you.
This usually takes about a week.
Monthly billing will be sent to you via e-mail from the Mesa County Clerk & Recorder. Payment is due
